Hey! Jau kopš pēdējās beauty izstādes dien-dienā lietoju mākslīgās skropstas. Šodien vēlos pastāstīt, ko esmu izpētījusi, sapratusi un ar ko varu padalīties! // Since the last beauty expo in Latvia I have been wearing false eyelashes and today I want to talk about what I have found out and what I can share with you guys.

But first, the story of all my falsie purchases. In the beauty expo itself I purchased 2 falsies. One pair for camera and the other one for daily use. After that, once I had worn my two pairs for as long as I could, I bought a pair from dugstore and at the same time I was waiting for my eyelashes from China that I got for less than 2 euros on auction.

The first thing that comes to my mind that I should share - yes, you can wear your falsies more than 5 times! You can wear them as long as they are not broken and looks fine, you simply have to get the glue off after you take them off, which should not be much trouble to anyone. My first falsies that I bought from NYX called Cherry (do not remember the number) I damaged because I forgot to take them off before shower. After they dried the look of wet eyelashes still were there.

My second eyelashes were from a cheaper company and their quality started to wear off with time. When you buy false eyelashes, pay attention to what kind of a base they have. I suggest buying the ones with transparent base, because it will give a more natural look. Both Cherry and ebay eyelashes have transparent base, but Cherry was not that steady. The lashes themselves moved around quite a lot and, whilst getting rid of used glue, it was possible to get rid of lashes as well. The ebay falsies on the other hand are perfectly staying in place and it is impossible to loose them.

After searching and looking through multiple different drugstores, I can not say that the choices are so many unfortunately, but at the same time it is possible to find something for everyone's taste. The ones you see in this picture looks like really voluminous and long, but in real life no one can see them unless someone puts their face into mine.

It has never been enough for me with the simple mascara effect, that is why I started using the falsies. This whole process asks for training, so be patient and let your hand get used to it. You can use liquid eyeliner to make a think line that masks any imperfections or gaps between real lashes and falsies just in case. Once you are used to using them and know how to do it, you can try them without the `backup`. In any case falsies will always look false and never the same way your real eyelashes do. Usually you have to apply mascara to your eyelashes and then add the falsies, but I always personally keep mine clean and roll without mascaras.

Pay attention to what eyelash glue you use as well. So far I have used three different kinds of glue - SLA Paris waterproof, really cheap one and InterVion chameleon type glue. I like the last one the most, because it works the best - dries fast, holds long. Whilst the SLA one floats in the middle, I never suggest using really cheap ones. They simply do not dry transparent and do not last that long.

Review about the transparent liquid that no one said actually works.

Tātad, iegādājos par lētāku cenu kā pieejams šobrīd ( 4,99 eiro), taču man nav reāli komentāru par šī produkta iedarbību. / Another purchase from the AVON catalogue, but unfortunately I do not have any actual comments about how this one works.

It is advised to use this product 20-25 cm away from face, but it does not work that way at all, because nothing actually gets to face that way and it is also advised to spray it for 4 times... You have to be careful not to spray it too close to the face AND not to spray it too much, because, when it dries, it can leave shiny spots on face. If it actually turns out that this one does not work, I will have a transparent highlighter... So, how to use it properly? No idea actually, but to me it works best if I ask the client to tilt the head a little bit to back and then spray the product on top of the face, letting the liquid simply drop on it. The ingredients do not look like the best ones as well, but no one has ever said anything to me about allergic reactions or discomfort. Is it worth getting this one? Not so sure. I think it is better to try and catch a sale on some actual cosmetics company's product.

My review about the concealer that I bought from previous AVON catalogue.

Iepakojumā 6ml, šķiet samērā maz, taču tā nebūt nav. Otiņas sūklītis labi uzsūc produktu, tādēļ ir iespējams lieliski darboties pat neņemot produktu uz tā. / There's 6ml of product which might seem not so much, but it is alright! The sponge takes the product well enough that it is not necessary to take more than already is inside the sponge.

As I meantioned it previously, this is tone called Fair which at first looks orange on hand, but then it kind of blends very well and becomes more brown. It definitely does not have much of a coverage so it would make sense to use it more as a highlighter under eyes than actual concealer for imperfections.

For my skin tone this definitely is not the product to use, but it might come in handy for people who like to go to tanning salons! I wouldn't say that this was a good purchase and not for the tone, but because of the coverage.

Last year I bought this small concealer palette which actually should be called the corrector palette. My first impressions have not really changed, there are only some additions to my opinion about this small palette and so - here is my full review about it.

Paletē ir 5 dažādas krāsas - zaļš, rozā, tumši brūns, gaišāki brūns un pavisam gaišs. Katrā nodalījumā ir aptuveni 6g produkta.

There are 5 different colors - green, pink, dark brown, lighter brown and really light one. Each color has approximately 6grams of product.

Back of this packaging tells where to use each color. Beige to cover imperfections, pink to conceal dark circles and green to neutralise redness. Except the pink color, everything else is correct. With this shade of pink you won't be able to correct every dark circles under your eyes. If you examine the color round, you will understand for which blue shade this pink works the best.

As you can see, there are only 3 top colors for me. I have barely ever used the pink shade. At first I compared this palette with the one from SLA. The only differences maybe are in the price and ingredients, other than that it still works the same, because pigmentation is really good for this price. The ONLY thing I dislike about this palette - it tends to make your skin really dry. Other than that there are no problems with it.

Swatches on my hand and on my fingers. I do not count it as a con, but it does seem important to mention - the product fades away quickly if you use your hands to work with them. Using brushes helps a little. Even though it disappears fast, the correctors work perfectly with the warmth of the skin and blends out fantastically.

Do I recommend trying this one out - yes, of course, especially for this kind of a price. Next time I will try to find a three color palette, because, as you can see, I do not use all of those colors and normally there is still foundation applied and concealer if needed.
